My Shoe additiction continues

A couple of weeks ago I went to the mall at lunch with a friend and became completely infatuated with a pair of Steve Madden platform wedges!

These shoes are really comfortable, and of course add additional height to my statuesque 5'4!

I also really love the summery pink ones that I found on the Steve Madden website:

These would be so much fun in the summer!!

And then there are these very gorgeous ladies:

 How fabulous are these?

I cannot decide which colour is more functional, the blue or the pink, any suggestions?

Anyone for colour blocking?

I am annoyed by the fact that the prices on the website are sometimes lower than they are in stores. Yes I am in Canada, however most of the time our dollar is at par or has been higher than the American dollar, ergo, the shoes in the stores should be the same price that they are on the website!

Welcome to 2012!

I hope that you rang in the new year with someone you care about, someone that will be around for the next new year's eve and for many more after that. I also hope that we are all able to make any resolutions we have made!

Ringing in a new year generally causes a lot of reflection. Thinking back to the past year and shaking your head at some of the more amusing occurrences, and wondering what the year to come will bring. There are never any guarantees in life, we never truly know if we will have tomorrow, so we really should live each day in the best way that we can. 

And so my wish to you for 2012 is that you are healthy, and happy and all the while prosper with a smile on your face :)

Madden Glitter pumps 

I had planned on wearing the Madden glitter pumps for NYE however, I took quite the tumble and rendered myself unable to walk properly and so I had to opt for the ankle boots. The Bronx boots were surprisingly comfortable for a first night out! 

I am still looking forward to wearing the black suede sexual heels and the glitter pumps soon! The best part was that I got each of these pairs of shoes for 60% off at sterling shoes! They were full price at the Steve Madden store in the mall but since Sterling shoes is closing it's doors in Ontario, everything is close-out priced - you should go!
