I've found the perfect summer clutch! And another Maxi dress!

I have been so busy getting my condo organized that I haven't had any time to post. I did manage to make a brief stop at the mall during the week and found a perfect clutch for summer - which was on sale - and one more glamour gown!

I got this gorgeous Nine West clutch on sale with some scouting around the mall while I was waiting for my dad's birthday present to be finished!

It was full price in one store and then in the Nine West store it was marked down and further discounted! I saved over $40!

I also got this gown which I was totally obsessed with!

This dress is so comfortable and looks like I'm all dressed up! I have a few maxi dresses in my closet now and I couldn't be happier about it!

What is your favourite colour for a maxi dress?

It's Spring Time! Break out your Skirts Ladies!

Ladies it is time to ditch the pants and break out your skirts! Pants are for trudging around in the cold snowy weather, it's time to bring femininity back into your life!

Here are a few skirts available online right now to help you get into the swing of spring! Even if you don't think that skirts really suit you - you are dead wrong!

There is a skirt to flatter every woman's body - you just have to choose the proper one! Notice that I haven't chosen any long skirts here. I am too short for a nice long flowing skirt, they make me look like a stump at my 5'4.

Banana Republic A line skirt

If you are slender with narrow hips the A line cut will give the impression of being more shapely, and most importantly, prevent you from drawing attention to your lack of hips.

Banana Republic wild Animal Print

Gap Pencil Skirt

If you don't have a pencil skirt - stop reading this and go get one! It is an essential item that every woman has to have in their wardrobe!

Jacob banded skirt - throw in some colour!

Why shouldn't you be?

Jacob Pencil Skirt

Most retailers have pencil skirts, so take a look online or at your local mall. You need to get one of these!

Jacob tiered skirt - ok so you can't wear it to work, but it is really cute!
I tried this skirt on in the fall and it wasn't the most flattering on me, I think you need a really ample derriere to fill it out properly!

Amanda Uprichard - Petal Skirt - how feminine is this? I love it!

To one particular tall and leggy friend, I know you rarely ever (if at all) like anything pink, but you are long lean and glamourous - and you would be a stunner in something like this! Plus I know your mom & man would love me for getting you into something like this <3

This is a gorgeous skirt for work!

Personally for my height I prefer skirts that are a bit above the knee, when skirts hit the knee they do not flatter my stature....

This hot little number is on it's way to my house!

I love sequins right now!

Victoria's Secret, Artizia & Jacob

I went into Aritzia today and didn't find any inspiration aside from one cashmere sweater, that really I could take or leave, so I left it. Normally I can find at least a couple of things that I just have to have, but this season the shades are just not doing anything for me. I like really vibrant colours, and they were all really dull.

They do however have a new parka that I like, I'm over the classic parka that has been around forever, and I like this new one with square front pockets. But seeing as how I just bought a Goose jacket, I can't really justify it. However, if your looking for a winter parka - try this one out!

Next we went into Jacob and I tried on the skirt from my last post that I really wanted, the sizes were really off and I guess the skirt is supposed to be really short and high-waisted, but it wasn't doing anything for me, so I didn't spend much time mulling it over before leaving the store. I was pretty disappointed because on the mannequin it looked really cute.

Finally we went into Victoria's Secret, where yet again I was less than impressed. It was actually pretty disappointing! I got a couple of things, but not the one item I was really searching for. We did however smell a couple of perfumes and come across this scent:

It is absolutely phenomenal, so I bought it! If your looking for a perfume that smells HOT this is the one! This will make you smell sexy no matter what your wearing!

I couldn't believe how packed the mall was on a sunday night at 7 pm, what were all of these people doing? And why did they have their kids out? I don't think kids should be allowed in the mall on weekends from the beginning of November until the first week of January. It's just too crowded and hectic and for those of us trying to get things done quickly, they just get in our way, and it's annoying no matter how cute they are!
